A small studio.
An obsessive
one.
We started Designer Panda in a single room in Karachi because we'd worked at agencies that confused activity with progress — decks instead of decisions, presentations instead of work.
Seven years later we're still eight people, still independent, and still saying no more often than yes. Not because we're precious — because the only way to do the work at this level is to not take too much of it.
Every brand we ship is owned by one of us, end to end. That's the thing no agency our size can say — and the reason clients come back.
What we stand on.
Stay small.
Eight people. Three projects at a time. Eight per year. The math is the product. Scale dilutes; we'd rather concentrate.
Senior on every file.
The partner who pitches you stays on the project until the last asset ships. We don't run a junior conveyor belt.
Strategy before pixels.
If we can't articulate what the brand is here to win, no amount of design can fix that gap. Strategy is included.
Ship, don't hand off.
We work in your codebase, on your printer, with your team. Design that doesn't ship is just a portfolio piece.
One bold choice.
Every project earns one weird, brave decision. That's the part nobody else would have made — and the part you came to us for.
Receipts, not awards.
We measure the work by what it does after launch. Sales, sign-ups, recall, hires. The trophies are nice; the metrics matter.
The team.
No juniors.
Everyone ships real work. Hover any name to meet them.
Brief history.
Who we've made for.
Eight people.
Three slots.
If your project deserves senior attention, reach out. We'll tell you within two days if we're a fit.
