In Karachi’s fast-moving retail market, traditional e-commerce flows with mandatory password creation, multi-step carts, and complex payment steps frequently result in abandoned carts. For Ambala Dairies, customers wanted an instant, effortless way to browse pure dairy, desi ghee, and sweets, then immediately confirm their order with the dispatch desk via WhatsApp.
Designer Panda engineered an agile product catalog where visitors can select items, specify quantities or weights (e.g. 500g, 1kg), and tap a single button to generate a structured WhatsApp order containing item codes, totals, and delivery details directly addressed to Ambala’s dispatch desk.
