The short version: we collect only what we need, use it only to reply to you, and delete it within 90 days. We don't sell it, share it, or train on it.
What we collect
When you submit a project brief we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you write. We also collect your budget range and service selection if you provide them. Nothing is collected passively beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer) which are retained for 30 days.
How we use it
Your brief is read by the studio partners and used solely to evaluate whether we can help you. We do not use it to train machine learning models, share it with third parties, or add you to marketing lists. If we reply to your brief, that reply comes from a real person.
How long we keep it
Active project briefs are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days. Briefs where we declined or did not proceed are deleted within 90 days of last contact. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Third-party services
We receive enquiries directly via secure studio communication channels and direct WhatsApp messaging. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or invasive tracking scripts.
Cookies
The public site sets a single functional cookie to remember your regional currency preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] with "Data Request" in the subject line and we will respond within five working days.
